The 10th "China Aerospace Day" home event will be held on April 24th in Shanghai, with the theme of "Bright Moon on the Sea, Nine Heavens Embracing the Milky Way". It is reported that the China Space Conference will be held from April 23 to 25, including the main forum and more than 20 academic forums and conferences; From April 24th to May 5th, a space science popularization exhibition will also be held at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center, showcasing space technology, space science, space applications, commercial aerospace, and Shanghai's aerospace industry achievements through models, physical objects, etc. Samples of the front and back of the moon collected by Chang'e-5 and Chang'e-6 will also be displayed in the same frame.
The host city of this home event, Shanghai, has a strong foundation in the aerospace industry. Zhuang Mudi, Deputy Secretary General of the Shanghai Municipal Government, introduced that Shanghai has gathered over 240 key enterprises represented by Yuanxin and others, possessing a full industry chain development ecology of "rockets, satellites, terminals, and services". It has built a closed-loop aerospace industry of "technology research and development capital docking scenario landing", forming a mass manufacturing capacity of 50 commercial rockets and 600 commercial satellites per year.
Looking back at the past year, China's aerospace exploration journey in the vast universe has steadily advanced. Liu Yunfeng introduced that in 2025, China's aerospace engineering missions will be intensively implemented, and Tianwen-2 will carry out asteroid companion sampling and exploration missions; The manned spaceflight project will carry out the Shenzhou 20 and 21 manned spacecraft missions; The panoramic imaging satellite of the interaction between the solar wind and the magnetosphere, which is a cooperation between China and Europe, will reveal the process and changes of the interaction between the solar wind and the magnetosphere; The Zhongyi Electromagnetic Monitoring Satellite 02 will be launched at an appropriate time to serve earthquake prediction research.
